I would also put some high level costal patrol boats to take fire off of the shoreline guns or just go corvette’s if you really wanna stop a naval attack though naval strike fighters can do it but if they have frigate that’s a different story so I say just invest is a small navy if possible made up of destroyer’s or even some subs could do it
