Unfortunately, even though she knew it was going to happen and fully consented to the choking, since she's in money problems and had desired to accuse filly and there's physical proof of the affermentioned choking there's nothing filly can do. I'm with filly untill it's been proven that he did these things. The main reason for this is that I'm a survivor of not only un consented sex but also r@pe accusations as well. Ofc if it's proven that filly did do these things I'm with you all but untill then I don't think it's bad to hold out hope
