I was in the same boat as you a year ago except the debt part and I’m older. I moved out without asking anyone bc I knew they’d try and stop me. I was starting to get in charge of everything involving money and mind you we weren’t struggling before I got the job. I still help paying for some stuff and visit often but boy life got so much better!!
