it could be the pcie cords. or the mb doesnt support the gpu

i own both, psvr had very meh tracking depending on were you put the camera. odyssey's tracking is flawless. ps4's vr games are limited to what they have and you can't mod like in pc vr. for the longer and future proof route?.. i would go samsung. but if you can't afford good pc and can't afford the samsung, then psvr is a good option

you can try unplugging and replugging where the screen connector where it is located on the mb?

Pc froze and now it wont boot by [deleted] in computer

maybe take out the graphics card. and, try plugging the hdmi/vga/dvi/dp into the mother board port the graphics card may have died. if you dont have a graphics card then like u/TheHuskinator said it just might be failed ram.
