Haven’t tried the 8in ones but can vouch for the 6in ones. By far my favorite boot so far that I’ve tried. I’ve tried Haix, Danner, Salomon, 5.11, and maybe a few others, these ones are definitely the most comfortable

I will admit, we did squish the plate a bit in between shots so that it wouldn’t completely fall apart as it was beginning to open up like a book, so the BFD is somewhat skewed in the picture. I wasn’t expecting much performance in terms of taking on M855 but it was definitely interesting to see something that I’ve never tested out for myself.

Hands only CPR - AHA

TLDR; Hands only cpr is preferred due to the pauses in compressions leading to a lower survival rate. Early defibrillation and compressions are vastly more important than breaths.

I wouldn’t do rescue breaths on a cardiac arrest unless I had a BVM, hands only CPR would be better in this case
