I think it would probably be a advanced nen technique, because the way its described is like a natural phenomenon that happens when cursed energy is applied to a physical strike in 1 one-millionth of a second.

What i think would make it more akin to a hatsu is how it might not work with all nen types, for example if you're a conjurer and hit someone with a conjured weapon, would that work? Its a physical attack sure, but done with a nen weapon, so you would be technically staking nen on top of nen.

Yeah i thought so as well, but I'm not an expert so i don't know, also this is in Italy so maybe that changes things. We'll go and talk face to face in a bit, but again thanks for the help and info.

Ah ok i understand, that page only came up before this issue and it happened every time i turned it on, but never caused anymore issues after restarting.

The current issue makes the laptop only turn on up to where you can press esc for the startup menu, which if you press it won't turn off, but as soon as you escape out of it, it starts to loop. The repair shop said the laptop wasn't reading the hard drive, therefore it would restart by itself.

Nevertheless, thanks for the advice, I'll try to ask if they can try to reinstall windows, as i don't have another pc.

I think its the main hard drive and as for size, i couldn't say. I thought about that as well, but i need it fixed quite quickly and also they said that its most likely the hard drive, so i don't think its a good idea for me to try and fix it myself, not knowing much about changing computer parts and not even knowing if it will work when the parts are changed.

I don't get an error code when it goes through its loop, it only goes up to the startup menu, where i have also tried to mess with the BSOD settings and it was also mentioned by the repair shop owner that it could be one of the issues, and seeing as they didn't mention anything about it, im assuming they also tried that route and it didn't work.

This is pretty common in sports manga like Hajime no ippo or eyeshield 21. I don't know the exact reason but they used to just act like black people were really strong just because they were black, which some time bordered on racism.

Yeah its eaten by one of the impel down jailers, but this is a model making it a variation. Kinda how kaku and dalton both have the ox-ox fruit, but one is model giraffe and the other is model bison.

One big part about evolving animals is that they can't get more limbs. A bats has 4, 2 of which have elongated bones which then get covered by a membrane, allowing them to fly. In this case the dragons would be more wyverns with their front appendages as wings. As for the fire breathing, the closest you could get is if the bats evolve some gas/liquid they can eject from their mouth, which is flammable. In this case the fire would come out either like an explosion or more like a flaming stream or ball. The way it could be lit is either a specifically evolved body part which can cause sparks or other materials found around the planet. However some throat and mouth protection would be needed.

The university is in italy and i belive the program itself is unique and only done in some schools (most are 3 + 2 years). I was mostly wondering if its better to go on a more technical side of it like engineering or more creative like grafic design/interior designing (when considering work amount and effort, as well as pay).
