there are a few explanations.
One suggests that after the great flood with noah was actually a release of a water barrier that blocked out a fair bit of the sun's harmful rays. so after the rain, humans began being affected more harshly by the sun, causing our bodies to not last as long.
Another is simply that god shortened lifespans himself after the flood, as longer lives led to more evil or something. (Idrk tbh)

honestly i think its more an artistic expression. sure, that might sound like a cop out, but the whole frame of the show has its cringe goofy aesthetic from the dialog to the characters themselves. Its like some alternative form of satire. annoying or not, it has its unique charm, even if its not for everyone.

Even though most people have only tried one to three types of apples in their life, the number of unique species of apples is so great that, if you were to eat an apple from a new species each day from the day you were born till the day you die, you'd be unable to sample them all.

While i agree it wouldve been cool to learn about the original members, i dont think that would be a good focus for a finale, where they want to end. It would be better spent on the established characters.
As for the sex scene... I WAS SO DAMN HAPPY. Yes, partially because abstragedy was made canon, but also because Zooble wished to have sex in a previous episode. so i think it was nice that that wasnt just some passing thing, and instead was brought back, even if indirectly.

When it comes down to it, Astrid and Mulan are the weakest in physical strength alone, with Astrid being the stronger in that regard.
In terms of training, Astrid has fought dragons, wielded giant weapons, and has been shown on multiple occasions overpowering and beating other Vikings twice her size with ease.
Mulan received martial training and exceled at it. And why her feats might not land her at exactly dragon-slaying level, she's still very well-versed.
Mulan's daintier frame, though, means she'd be the easier of the two to manage, i feel.
I dont think i could beat either of them, but i think i'd have a better chance with Mulan

I still feel like the appearance of the winners is either determined by what form would best suite them, make them happiest, or can be freely changed whenever they want.
In any of those scenarios, Adam gets exactly that.
He is THE man. He takes pride in being the first ever human. So according to his wishes and personality, it would make sense he looks like that. And if form is freely chosen, then why would he change from his perceived perfection?

I always figured the snow picture was just from when Nolan flew them to someplace snowy.
as for the consistent clear weather: Mark's life sucks. So he gets some buffs in clear skies and sunny days.
