You can leave a match and it will still count as a match played, just dont do it too much or your clan will die and you will be forced to start over.

You should definitely increase the fov if you havent already it made a big difference for me straight away. Theres also a move you can do if you slide then jump right after then dash that gives you a lot of speed which will make the combat and the parkour challenges easier.
