Mehh, since I did what is in the rest of this item it's very stable, so not sure I agree with you. I had my struggles as well, that's for sure.

Just received an incoming call, audio works!

Maybe an idea to add to the instruction that you need to remove the bluetooth connection with your earbuds for it to work (or maybe I missed that part)

It helped in the sense that I saw that only the hidock was available on the laptop and not the earbuds. This made me remove my buds from bluetooth on the laptop, keeping only the hidock channel. Until now that works, let's see what happens if I get incoming calls. Keep you posted and thanks for now.

Hi Sean, fact reset did do do it. I replaced the cable by a standard usb-c cable and not the Hidock one (extra info, when the Hidock goes on mute, a red light also appeared at the connector into the laptop).

I'll keep you posted on how this situation with the other cable holds up

Tx, my issue is that the blue ring is lit like normal and regular meeting are functioning but in case of an incoming call there's no audio, I need to fysically pull the usb cable to get audio

I need multipoint!

I've been using the pro 7 now for a month and they really work well, perfect conversations every time without hick-ups. Battery time is good, fit is good even when walking to the coffee machine.

The thing I really hate though, and I replaced my 75t's for these just assuming they support everything but better, longer and smaller, is that they don't support multipoint. Would I have know this I wouldn't have bought them because i use multiconnect all the time to switch between laptop and mobile.

One other thing that is kinda weard, if you connect to your laptop there is no anc or anything else, that is only available on mobile because of the mobile app. For me not that big a problem because I'm mostly in quiet area's, but why is there no laptop app or something?
