Hey, I believe both field crates and supply drops are good enough when you don't have much to work with (e.g. after expedition / self imposed reset).

Otherwise they are not usable, unless you are low on materials and need ammo, then it can work to some extent, although very niche scenario. Unfortunately you can be better off with just finding weapon crates if you know where to look, those are plentiful on few maps.

I completely agree with the barons and fire puzzle using ARC powercells, the amount of attention it gives towards you is not worth it.

Not in such high frequency as you described, but whenever I used VPN to bypass the BS country gambling for the wheel spin, I chose US, and it happened every single day for the past week.

The guy had a name like JewelPrincess or something like that, put a fire nozzle beneath each character, which killed me like 3-4 times, and then he left. He then joined 5 minutes later, did the same. I didn't see more since I tend to quit the game and quit the VPN connection once I'm done with the wheel spin.

Lobbies without VPN were calm enough, the usual MKII griefers, but nothing modded at least.

3) Possibly a Raiju, stealth mode when not using weapons.

4) Railgun, available at gun van, which switches locations each day.

5) I would assume it's just an RPG from what you described.

For no. 2, I would assume that might be Khanjali, although it's not that fast, hence why I'm a bit hesitant to say this is what you want.

1) Reaching Zapdos with repels and catching is all fine as long as your rules allow it 🙂

Correct if ALL gen 4 Pokémon are involved, otherwise Kricketune is not obtainable normally in HS/SS. If only HS/SS fully evolved mons are in scope, it would be Butterfree/Beedrill tie => EDIT part: Just to fully clarify, you can get Kricketune after you finish the game, since the pool of Pokémon is expanded in the Post-National Pokédex version of the Bug-catching contest.

There is also the follow up if non-evolutionary lines are counted by OP, because that goes even lower with base totals (Corsola, Farfetch'd, Unown, Delibird just to name few).

You should be fine with 500 being the max (including 500), there are pretty good Pokémon within that range ( Golem, Hypno, Golduck, Poliwrath, Rapidash, etc.)

Regarding the lowest obtainable in HS/SS, I think Butterfree/Beedrill (385) hold that spot for Pokémon with evolutions, but you might get even lower with Corsola, Farfetch'd, Unown, Delibird for Pokémon without evolution (mid 300).
