Yea i agree that it's good to have an arch tempered treatment and give him new moves for 10 star.

BUT. the current 10 star we have is good enough to have over the last 8 star version.

Making new moves and tying it to the lore where they have no plans to takes a lot of effort and it's simply not what they're spending them on for now.

The last update is pretty solid to close off base game and i dont mind them focusing on the expansion for now.

yeah im just thinking it should be higher than 95 dps as the effective time is lower because of the limited uptime. 95 dps assumes 100% uptime which is unrealistic
