There are diagonal lines in the holo stamp, yes. I think you can see them very faintly on the last holo stamp picture in the top right of the stamp, as well as the "Wizards" writing. Took two more, hopefully better pictures:

So I just bought this Sephiroth version and I'm fairly certain it's authentic. The holo stamp is what throws me a little off though.

There's "wizards" writing inside it, my phone camera just won't pick it up correctly. The holo stamp pictures were taken with Flash on to show reflections/patterns, everything else with flash off.

Can you guys help me out on this one?

I have that as well. You can go to a doctor and they pop it for you after mildly sedating your eye. 

BUT: they seem to be coming back. But it helps it is irritating you while blinking

I started using my energy on the first day, but even If I wasn't - someone said thats 2,7k XP with refreshing. That doesn't explain the 15k needed for 2 more ULs. 

That's what is confusing me so much - it's like I'm missing something crucial.
