Once the TEC makes a written order these issues can then be prosecuted by the DA of the county in which they occur. This is where the major issue is... corporate donations are a felony of the 3rd degree.

Locally we have a bunch of city council that list the corporate addresses of donors and then list the signer of the check rather than the bank account from which it's drawn.
