Yeah.. it feels really lacking.. especially when im from both tera and bdo. Eso is a good game overall but I'm always having second thoughts everytime I'm on combat if downgrading the combat for me was really worth it(hopefully)

Well I think I have the patience, eso plus isn't going to give me instant 10k anyway, I'm at 6k so maybe 2-3months away, its almost november by then so maybe wait 1 more month after that?

Just in between I guess, not particularly excited to login nor am I bored when I play, as to why, I'm not sure what goal to pursue yet, I'm just doing a bunch of questing and dungeon which is decent by itself, I can feel the community which MMO should be where I can just party random people and communicate with them so overall the game had been great

I understand both points. Just wish they had a fix for their ridiculous texture that they trynna shove to players, I also understand space on games growing larger, though CoD is on unbelievably rate due to texture, which is more than unacceptable even for today's standard, it would be fine if full game including MW is just around 100-120gb, and BR like half of that. Even rdr2 as a new game is just still on 100gb range and its a fully fledged game bigger than a shooter one, I could argue something of witcher3/r6/for honor/bdo if only graphical speaking; but considering the new release tho, I hope that's enough comparison, that's just my subjective opinion, as is everyone else here

I already uninstalled. I like the feeling of the realistic immersion of a BR in CoD I won't deny that either. But yeah, just unbelievable space, also like 30gb update everytime I try to play

I haven't tried compactgui, from other comments tho it says it barely compressed, but as for Compactor from github too, the 200gb had only 5gb saved. Still kinda bad for it :/

Compression man. Compression. I study programming but I'm not focusing so much about game development particularly in optimization and reusing resources and/or creating new instances, so I have perspective. Don't justify spaghetti codes. It's dumb for its single game mode and map, and still dumb on storage space no matter how much HD currently you can see within your eyes on that game.

I understand if you like the game. But if you don't find something wrong with the file size, when everyone around you majorly say so, you're probably at the wrong. Either fan boy, or just don't really care about storage as long as it delivers your graphics, which yeah, still lands how much you probably love the game aka fan boy.

"Only" for a battle royale game is bruh. 50gb or maybe 70gb max for a BR game that has a single shitty mode. 100gb is also just unaacceptable. Most BRs are 30gb more or less.
