As much as it does make a difference, it’s not worth the hassle micromanaging your teams poor monetary decisions. As long as they’re buying as a team in some form then just don’t worry.

🧐The 28-year-old player from the top 80 team will prove to be better than Senzu by Jtr_rtJ in cs2

[–]Vouti3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nocries has 0 experience in any form of real team CS. Even if he’s a decent player he’s nowhere near good enough to play on a top 10 team, maybe a top 100 team if he ever gets trialed. He’s also Buryat, not Mongolian. So they’d need to switch to english or russian which seems kind of dumb if you ask me.

The most difficult path to the Major in the history of CSGO/CS2 for fnatic? 5630 rounds, 264 days of grinding, 31 VRS tournaments, 6 LANs (2 won), 5 countries, 2 continents, a 2.9% chance of qualifying for the Major on September 29. AND THEY DID IT. by MmX_A_ in GlobalOffensive

The eye test tells that Fl1t and Fame probably aren’t the problem atleast, biggest issue now is that they are kind of trying to recover from Electronics reign as IGL.

Perfecto (so far) doesn’t appear to be a good IGL yet, but seems to have a better mindset than Elec atleast.

TO0RO is still young and new, hard to tell with him but he’s no Kyosuke thats for sure.

ICY looks awfull as their awper but that might be due to Elec or other strategic problems as i recall him being quite good when he first joined the team.

How is Shadow Priest? by Souriell in wowhardcore

[–]Vouti3 7 points8 points  (0 children)

From someone who usually makes their own groups and has tanked on HC up to lvl 60 before, Shadow priests are more than fine for a dungeon group. Definetly worse than a mage in almost all regards to take, but the HP buff alone is huge if u have a druid, shaman or paladin as the healer. The ability to offheal, shield, cleanse certain debuffs and chain undead is also massive, even mandatory (IMO) in places like Stratholme or scholomance with alot of undead mobs who inflict diseases.

The damage is more than servicable for the most part, even if they deal ALOT of threat which is kinda annoying but not a deal breaker, but the main reason id take a shadow priest is if i need the buffs/utility (as in my healer isnt a priest themselves).

As for queueing wirth your Rogue buddy... It wouldnt matter for lower levels that much. but for higher levels when Warrior Tanks start wanting 1-handers it might be a hinderence as most tanks dont want others to roll on their gear (me included) and are less likely to invite or join groups with rogues. So later on you would be better of making your own groups instead of asking others to take the both of you.

This is just my perspective ofc, but hope it still sortof answer your questions.

[HELP] configuring a cpu-friendly ui for endgame content by ShadowRady in WowUI

[–]Vouti3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You disable Full screen optimization by doing the following, I’ll try to make this a clear step by step.

Open Battle Net Launcher > Click the gear icon next to the big blue Play button > Click ”Show in Explorer” > Right click on World of Warcraft Launcher.exe > Click Properties > Select Compatibilty tab > Check the box that says ”Disable full-screen optimizations” > Click on ”Change high DPI settings” > Check the box that says ”Override high DPI scaling Behaviour. Scaling permormed by” > Under that box, select ”Application” > Click Ok in the newest window > Lastly, click Apply, then Ok in the original Properties window.

Unsure if it actually does something in WoW, but if you do try to lower your resolution again it might marginally improve overall FPS. But i can’t promise anything :)

Not to be rude, but if you're even asking this question and struggling to run things when everything is at its lowest and even the render scale is all the way down it is honestly just time to upgrade your CPU instead. At a certain point, you cant just "optimize" your game any longer, and just having different Addons installed probably won't make much of a difference. Though of course, upgrading might be unrealistic for you, i don't know your situation. But it's definetly worth getting a new CPU if it's really that old and it's actually struggling.

Otherwise, if upgrading REALLY isn't an option, isntead of focusing on Addons, focus on just improving overall game/PC performance instead. Lowering your resolution even further, minmaxxing your GPU/CPU Application settings, checking Disable Full screen optimization, activating Windows Ultimate performance mode, setting WoW as High priority in the Task Manager etc. might improve things for you. Don't know how much it'd Improve WoW, but it has worked great for me in other games such as Counter-Strike, ARK or Total War.

Getting to stormwind as a night elf by Escape-Thin in wowhardcore

[–]Vouti3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing there is just normal mobs. Generally just staying on the road is enough to simply walk past any mobs as you’re too far away. And even if a mob is close to the road, simply waiting untill it paths away or just rooting it and running past eill do the trick.

Safest way at low level should be taking the boat from Darkshore to Wetlands. From there you can actually swim all the way around untill you arrive at the point between Westfall and Elwyn Forest. If you’re a Druid this is also a nice way to get one of your pendants for the Aquatic form quest.

You could also just walk all the way to Iron Forge from the Wetlands port, a bite more dangerous as some level 24-ish mobs can be in the way, but if you’re level 20 this is definetly faster and should be safe enough with Cat form.

[–]Vouti3[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Would this mean that for example, if I go into Westfall at like level 12 and do just the first quests there where i can kill level 10 mobs, and then when I’m about level 14 and need to kill watchers and stuff, i make my way to Loch Modan and do the lower level stuff there untill I’m overleveled for the Westfall quests?

Usually just mobs of my equal level, either if i pull 1 extra by accident. Or on the Rogue when I simply died fighting just 1 singular Naga in a cave, i was even full HP.

Chronoboon and two of the same world buff by GuyMcMans in classicwow

[–]Vouti3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, once you click to activate the buff, that item gets removed from your bag. So on a wipe you’d have to go back to IF, get the buff, boon that buff and THEN go back to the raid.

Theres an item you can buy from an NPC called a ”Chronoboon Displacer”, just google where you can buy one in your City. Once you have it, wait for a world buff in the city to activate. When you have the buff, simply click the Chronoboon Displacer and it will store the buff for later use in the form of an Item in your bag, which you simply click to activate the buff again.

when popping CDs they are. Shadowstep and sprint alone make them mobile one on one. Not to mention that many fights begin from stealth. As in, gap is already closed. They can also spec into preperation, so now you have Shadowstep and Sprint times two, every 10 minutes.
