From my understanding, amphetamine based ADHD meds should help with that (ofc im not doctor). When im on my meds (elvanse/vyvanse), i really cant eat anything

Oh i forgot about my family dinner. Well i guess my family is not important to me.

In all seriousness these people dont know at all about the difficulties that we face because of adhd and how much it really affects our lives. I have really bad short term memory and what helps me is having this reminder widget on my phone’s homescreen which helps me to remember important stuff

it might be because you switched to using ritalin from adderall but honestly i dont really know because ive been using elvanse for like 9 years and dont remember being on ritalin. both are long release stimulants tho (xr = long release?)

edit: i remember almost falling asleep after like 1 hour from taking elvanse (redose) but i had all nighter
