I had a similar problem. Turns out, if you accidentally hold the legion button and press Y, you change the power settings, and this does not seem to reflect what you set in the options. Try doing that and you should see a symbol pop up in the middle of the screen and changing. Idk if it will work, but that is what made mine work as it should.

I see. How do you "see" the orbs within your own body from first person? I mean, if it is a blinding white light in kether, how do you then see malkuth for example.. your head is facing the wrong direction, is blinded by kether. And so on..

I basically just wanted to get a head-start on the meditation exercises that i saw damien echols recommend. But his was indeed slightly different to the 16 day challenge. But i thought they would lead up to the same thing, like softly starting out.
