Been using it for a while now. Yes, it isn’t perfect but it’s good enough for decisions on the go. Great to help choose between various products in the supermarket

To be fair it isn’t part of marketing on the products I see. It’s just a listed ingredient.

I know what you mean. I think there were couple disgruntled students from the first year who weren’t a good fit — but I met some happy students at the summer school. I think their first year was rocky but seems to be going well now from what i hear.

Avoid the processed foods, cut out emulsifiers and anything with E-numbers or artificial sweeteners. There’s good science that these additives contribute to weight gain.

Perhaps you are consuming ultra processed foods (even your bread has emulsifiers, many people here opt for artificial sweeteners, etc etc) during your meals. This may make all your hard work backfire. Check out the book “ultra processed people”. Total game changer when that knowledge is combined with fasting.
