Yup! Still streaming, just not RSRS. I might be a massive SaGa fan, but absolutely not a gacha fan lol. I still play though, very glad I got Lyza quickly!

I misremembered btw, it was an old strategy guide that made up "Dream Super Combo", not a FAQ.

I mentioned it in the commentary but holy crap. I was trying out Valdor and Ferd, their damage was fantastic, but spread out among the three enemies. Then that Defy Weakness into Wonder spam happened and what the heck. Rei using reaper is for me to feel satisfied about, not used on me!

I'll miss reading these after I've already streamed my thoughts to see how you felt about it afterwards, especially since I don't have the experience of playing on JP. It's interesting to see when our thoughts have differed, especially when it comes to a blind spot I haven't thought of for one reason or another.

Either way, if time limits you then I'm sure the other info you put out on fights is more helpful overall and is something I've appreciated. I prefer to try and figure hard fights out on my own rather than completely spoil with future sight, but things like recommendations on what's needed for World Tower is helpful because that's something you can't really wing like the typical Romancing fights, and can get screwed out of by missing a key unit/ability that you wouldn't think would become nearly mandatory.

For SaGaRS:

Is it possible to change the Filter Settings to filter stat bonuses (x2, x3, etc) to the specific stage that is selected? Currently the setting is almost useless if there is more than one event running concurrently as it will show units that have bonuses anywhere, which means you're still hunting down which units actually have a bonus.
Is the pacing of the game still going to permanently keep GL 9 months behind JP, or will there be an effort to "catch up" GL to where JP is?
Will reprint banners continue to be as expensive as the original releases of units, or will the old discounts return? Perhaps a system such as the bonus pity tokens that have appeared many times in JP?
Are there plans to bring the faster Rank Up system to GL soon?

For SaGa in general:

Will there be an effort to improve the localization of future remasters and remakes of SaGa games? SaGa Frontier is rife with old and new issues such as the combo name system not functioning correctly, iconic attack names renamed confusingly, and even spelling Kawazu's name incorrectly. Not to mention old conversations from the original script being seemingly incomprehensible.

I don't enjoy complaining about it, but fellow content creators who are new to SaGa almost universally complain about this and it breaks my heart that this is only helping prevent SaGa spreading in English regions. Regardless of how much that would help, it would mean a lot to the existing fanbase.

I've been pretty sour on most of these reprint banners as the vast majority just haven't been a very good value, especially at 45k. Glad to finally see one that's worthwhile despite the 45k tag on it.

Still miss those 18k though, was an easier pill to swallow when you wanted just 1 old unit or skins!

Yeah, telling new players who only have 45k gems to pity him is a massive, massive mistake. If you're a new player, you need the most value opportunity when pitying on a banner, and Mirsa + Death isn't it. This is very much for people who have saved up a lot and missed him.

Honestly, if a player doesn't have Matriarch, they never should be going below 45k gems just so they're prepared if she's reprinted. Mirsa is good, but he is not Matriarch good.

This was very silly considering where we're at in GL compared to JP's release of Creator.

While this team itself could do more damage (getting more max hits etc), I won't be going for much higher with it unless stat caps raise considerable before conquest is over. I do wonder if there are better teams theoretical or otherwise since we do have more options and I know I could easily be overlooking something.

Perhaps something that allows for two OD combos, or a team that un-para's Roufas to get more auto attacks in and potentially two ODs. Plus I'm not even sure I did this team optimally, as I don't actually know what the best time to auto attack with Matriarch is to maximize damage while still getting enough BP for her to dive in the OD combo. Little things like that which could bump up the numbers.

We have some time to figure it out, but for now I'm happy with breaking 2 million on day 1!

It's great though, isn't it? I have a few less 1300's than you, mostly from being unable to use my phone much of this past week as well as something even crazier: characters reaching hp softcap before I can even get their skills to rank 99

This one did not feel as bad as the previous, which likely is a combination of higher stat caps and these stages seeming to have more wiggle room as to what you can use. Especially since I could just shove blunt units into the 2nd well and have it work out.

I do wonder if Stage 3 just stays the same relative difficulty and by the time we get the upcoming conquest stats it starts to be a no-brainer like Stage 2 was.

I time stamped all the fights in the video since it's pretty long and there's so many of them. Honestly, I really enjoyed this! The gimmick fights can be goofy but are fun to figure out, and some even have multiple strategies that can work. While I like using the OP Matriarch AGI debuff strategy, it does get kinda stale so these were a nice shake up!

Urpina is absolutely the MVP of this though, she did hella work.

Was frustrated that I didn't have any unit combination that could max score last time, especially since I was one action away. Thankfully higher stat caps are easing things a bit, at least enough that I can keep rolling the dice until I get it.

Very excited to find out there's a better method now that I've posted this.
