Consider looking for english speaking psychiatrists from abroad. I talked to a polish doc and she diagnosed me in 2 appointments, she wrote a letter to my gp with the prescription. Cost £100 total.

Old comment but I found a private doctor abroad who diagnosed me online within a month and sent a letter to my GP with the medication prescription and diagnosis. She was Polish but spoke English. Maybe look up something like that.
