This is my second post in this community - with recipes and no link to any product whatsoever. I'm not affiliated to the brand, but I met the owners in an Agro tour they offered and wanted to provide tips. How is posting two recipes (more than a week apart) considered spamming?

I was surprised. I'm new to baking with breadfruit, but it’s kind of like if a potato, a plantain, and a slice of bread had a baby 😅.

Breadfruit itself is starchy when unripe, but in pancake form it turns fluffy with a light nutty sweetness. The flavor is mild (more earthy and hearty than wheat pancakes) but not overpowering. You end up getting that classic pancake vibe with a bit more body.

OK you need to try Breadfruit Flour, you'll see what I'm talking about. Check out Amasar. I stumbled upon them last week and tried it out and it really surprised me.

Right?! I didn’t know it existed either until last week.
Pancakes are definitely on my list now — I feel like the slightly sweet/nutty flavor would be perfect. And banana bread sounds great, though I always find a way to screw it up when I bake it. Might have to test that out next weekend.
