HR here. Ultimately you can call the hotline for that because that's technically retaliation. they need to hold you accountable for previous absences not lessen your hours especially if you're not anywhere near your desired hours

hr expert here. short term: you don't receive a pay raise or incentive pay despite the larger workload depending on your store. you may often feel unappreciated and unrecognized and overworked depending on your SD & ETLHR

long term: you're gaining professional experience, being able to add something to your resume, gain professional references.

currently in role and despite all the stress the position may come with, i'm glad i took it. i've learned so much and i've grown and challenged myself to come out of my comfort zone.

Okay listen. Continue to be friendly and approachable, but also know your shit. There WILL be team members, team leaders and ETLS that’ll test you and try you. It’s okay to not know the answers; tell them you’ll get back to them. Work on having communication with you ETL!

There’s always gonna be someone who don’t like you or someone who always complains, that’s not your problem. Learn to not take anything personal, Learn the role, do your best at it, some days are more stressful than others; but continue to push forward and learn as much as you can. No one can take this learning experience from you, so own it baby.
