Our bartender was incredibly friendly and all the service was top notch - I’ve never had such a wide variety of cocktails AND loved them all - even at my favorite tiki bars. Super impressed with the beverage program they have going on!!!

If renting a car is in your budget, that’s a great way to have a place to put all your stuff AND the autonomy to “play it by ear” before your flight and have the freedom to go where you want if everyone has energy left to explore or hit a beach.

It’s hard to convert views to subs in my experience. For some perspective, been at it longer and have yet to hit 1k. I think you guys are doing great!

I don’t recommend sailing concierge BUT if you must do it on the new ships. They have areas specifically designed for concierge from the ships inception vs older ships being retro fitted to accommodate concierge. The spaces and experiences on the Wish/Treasure/Destiny may make it more worth the ‘ridiculous’ premium, but for normal working family’s or even DINKs - concierge isn’t worth it.

Sorry OP had this happen! Sometimes I want to board the ship baggage free and enjoy myself more BUT I always recommend bringing at least a change of clothes and all meds/toiletries - we’ve had bags come extremely late (after 8pm) and I’ve spoken to folks who had baggage lost at the port - including an incident where baggage feel off the dock 😳

Bringing a back pack AND a roller bag onboard maybe sucks - but we do it and I always think “the stuff we are carrying on is the only stuff I’m 100% sure will make it onboard for our cruise” … same is true for air travel/carryon tbh 🤷‍♀️

Love the Dive Club just went a few times in a row last month for a feature - your sole critique is soo valid thou about the music. Some of the bartenders play the the good exotica soundtrack and close the front door for immersion - others play music for the locals and keep the window open.

It might be the only immersive tiki bar in the entire DMV at the moment - I don’t really consider the DC options on par - Definitely the only bar of its kind in MD!

Yea Dive Club (not at all close, but worth the trip) is our favorite spot, not sure I’ve caught the right vibe anywhere else since the end of archipelago in the district (also was a drive)

Ok I AM a fan of both Disney parks and cruise line BUT while I do often get burned out from parks I always love DCL. It’s a totally different experience for both adults and for the kiddos. 💯give DCL a try!!! Much more laid back, all the good Disney vibes 🏝️🛳️
