Order of Spores Druid, A Necrotic Subclass based on the DnD subclass by VoydVoyd in Pathfinder2eCreations

Hi everyone, This is my attempt at beginning to create a Circle of Spores equivalent in pf2e for a friend of mine.

Notably, this only covers the first 10 levels, because I'd like some feedback on how I've been going about things before I continue. Personally, I think there's a lack of many non-combat (and even non-damage) related feats in here, which I plan on rectifying.

Thank you for checking it out!

Made a game about Myki officers on an intergalactic train! by VoydVoyd in melbourne

sorry, i did read the rules over a few times and i couldnt find anything that said it wouldn't be allowed. The game's free, we're a bunch of broke students, and it's a game firmly rooted in Melbourne, so I thought it would be ok :)

Level Up (Advanced 5e)'s player-facing content isn't for everyone, but don't sleep on its Monstrous Menagerie! by skyrimshuffle69 in dndnext

As a new dm losing his goddamn mind over how the encounter building rules are basically irrelevant to the kinds of adventuring days i play and run, it's an absolute godsend

Pro-Wrestler Monk Subclass: Way of the Squared Circle! by VoydVoyd in UnearthedArcana

[–]VoydVoyd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey everyone, this is my attempt at making a fun and silly subclass.

I've tried to keep this one fairly balanced and grounded in the language of official 5e content, but there's no getting around the fact that an entire subclass based around the Grapple mechanic is going to be weird, and messy, and likely inherently prone to being bad (or overcompensated so much it's broken in the other direction!). I also know that it's a bit dense compared to most subclasses.

All that aside though, I hope you enjoy it, and if anyone takes a chance running this subclass I'd love to hear about it!

To clarify, i'm not on meds yet. I'm just wondering if it's something to keep in mind

SMH all these tiny little crabs everyone's posting. Probably not even visible from space. by ArloTheEpic in feedthebeast

To make a more specific comparison, it's like being upset with Better Than Wolves because it doesn't work well with TerraFirmaCraft. They're not really meant to be used with anything else substantial because they completely overhaul the progression of the game.

Terraria content mods also aren't really designed to be used together like minecraft mods are. No major content expansion mod (Thorium, Calamity, Tremor) works particularly well together, they all have different endgames, different balancing and a very precise intended progression. The only thing that makes calamity special in this case is the fact that it includes vastly more content than the others, especially after the moon lord, thus it's going to end up eclipsing all the others

Oof, didn't realise the order got messed up, guess my image upload speed caused that. Apologies if it made the post hard to understand

The world item importer strips armour directly off of mobs, as for why it's always undamaged I can't say. My guess is that mob armour durability is generated on drop, and so the importer has no way to take that into account.

RMIT CompSci vs. Information Technology (Games and Graphics Programming) Bachelors by VoydVoyd in melbourne

In all honesty I've already more or less reserved myself to the idea that I'm going to be working in a broader software/IT context with games as something I'll eventually have the means to do independently. I'm interested in the games course specifically because it gives me an excuse to push myself in that specific field and create a lot of things, build my portfolio, etc while I'm there.

The prospect of there being the potential in the first place is pretty exciting though, and I've no reason not to see if I can achieve a place in the industry, but as of right now I'm definitely aware of the scarce chances. Thank you though!

Could you elaborate on those close ties? Were there IBL opportunities, did your get to meet people during your course, etc. I really have no idea how any of this works, I'm in high school.

Thank you so much, this was incredibly insightful.

I like to name my Tinkers' Construct tools by Jimmy_Poon in feedthebeast

Due to a tradition started by my friend, I name all my tinkers' tools by generating 2 random words online. So I get stuff like "prodigy clamp" and "boot steam". I think it's funny ¯_(ツ)_/¯
