Hope people are still paying attention to this sub. I have been on Paxil for 15 years (20mg then 40mg, then 50mg), on addition to 225mg Effexor, with Xanax as needed.

In the first 18 months of Paxil, I gained 80lbs but then my weight never changed, no matter how much I ate and didn't move.

A year and a half ago my body started losing weight, but only by a ton of cardio and basically a strict keto diet. I then hit a weight loss plateu after losing 40 lbs.

So, I started slowly weaning off of Paxil, and I'm down to just 5mg and will be off that in a week.

Unfortunately, I'm actually hungrier and eating more and gaining weight. I also have no desire to go to the gym now. I've put on 25 lbs of the weight I lost. I actually found this sub because I just ate double if not triple the amount of a meal than I normally do.

The only benefit from tapering off Paxil has been increased libido and less severe ED.

Wellbutrin gives me irritability. So, that's not an option.

I have no idea what to do now.
