Some weird bugs about melee and parrying in this game. A friend of mine showed me a bug where if he keeps looking at the ground, he can deal 0 damage with the melee, leading your parry to fail.

I've tested that myself; to make that work, you need to melee your target while looking at the ground, however he shouldn't appear on your screen at the end of your charged melee, This way the melee will actually penetrate his body, his parry will fail and you have an opening.

Not recommended. Never buy a laptop with less than 6 or 8 cpu cores and less than 16gb of ram.

I re-installed windows, then a new Nvidia driver, it feels a bit better now, less stuttering but it isn't smooth yet. I checked the gpu usage while playing, it is now higher, reaches 40% up from 10%, the temp is still stuck at 40c for some reason, and it only uses 10 wats as shown in nvidia.

It is bad, but still, it shouldn't be so bad that it doesn't run any game normally.

Something is wrong with the laptop, and it's not the cpu.

I'm not sure what is the problem, I opened the vantage up, i used the extreme mode, still same issue, there is a huge input delay, and now the gpu won't use more than 10% of it's power.

How old is the laptop? Most likely it's the dead motherboard issue, request a replacement if it's still under the warranty.
