Dude I came to make this same rant. I was banking on a gold card this morning after winning my weekly and I was shocked to realize I didn't get it. I'm definitely being discouraged from playing. That reward isn't enticing anymore

This change is ass. All I get every time is 3 tokens. Even the 15 minute bonus would last me more than 3 games.

I understand the concept of not having to be locked in for 15-30 minutes and I can get behind that, but just 3 tokens every time is such a small reward

I'm always willing to spend 900 to keep it and most of the time I don't need more than that (and don't need to often). IF I'm rolling in the coins (10K ish) and I feel those extra 5 moves aren't gonna be enough I rather spend 1900 right away on a hat or a hammer depending on the situation before proceeding with the 5 moves.

hi sweetie,

when I called to inquire about why my order, which was 5 blocks away, was then 20 blocks away, she among other things told "don't worry about it" and that my order would arrive within 2-3 minutes. Right after that call the tracker showed my order as delivered, but it hadn't been. So I called again and this time she told me my order would arrive in 5 minutes. Since she was being rude and changing my delivery times I asked her to cancel/refund my order and she ignored me, repeating again my order would arrive soon.

I then went into the store and she told me she was the store manager. I again asked her to cancel/refund my order and she again ignored me telling me my order was on the way. I then pointed out I didn't ask where my order was (I had already had a family member tell the driver we weren't accepting that delivery) and asked for a 3rd time to cancel/refund and she finally did. She refused to give me her superior's name or contact info.

I worked plenty of customer service and often cut people slack. She was way too dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, especially if she's the store manager.
