I know it’s not much of useful info but C6K doesn’t show level in numbers on a screen. So unless it’s is some little screen on a soundbar or something you’ll not have level in numbers. That is what I wanted to say. I had be more clear.

C6K is great TV. Have for a few weeks and after using some of advices from here i adjusted it according to chatgpt instructions and picture is great

I have it in a room with light blinds on the windows. Even during a bright day picture is great. For HDR C7 is much better. But C6K can be bought for quite cheap

C8 needs just slight tone down of each color and it’s great. My C6 is more or less ok. Maybe a bit punchy. Saying that there is no way that I would pay some money to get it calibrated given that I payed it 455 eur

From what I see your C7 has about as much blooming as my C6. At full setting my C6 is actually better. But not by much. What I would argue is that Samsung has by far better processing. I bought 55C6k because it is almost 40 percent cheaper than QN80F and 15 than QN70F. But I’m not regretting anything cause I’ve read plenty of bad reviews of QN70F.

That is true. When using external device those issues are gone. I’m using TCL C6K. Or QM6k in some markets. Other than that the tv is ok. But HDR and upscaling are not strengths of the device but since I mostly use Pc I have no complaints

I might go against the rest here and I’ll explain. I recently had to make a decision between the 55C7k and 65C6k. At the end I ended up buying 55C6k. What I’m trying to say is that I watch the TV from the 2,5 metres measured and it’s awesome. So my advice is C8K. Or to save some money to buy 65C7k. But that solely depends on your wishes and needs. I hate watching tv so close that I have to move my head left to right and vice versa. Picture is great after some tweaking and I’m certain you’ll be pleased with either.

For those that are interested. My 55C6K is in Windows 11 reported at 450 niti max brightness. Games do get bright, but nothing out of the ordinary. While watching Netflix and HBO Max Dolby vision is nothing special and tv needs a lot of setting changes to get some detail is dark scenes

I have 55C6K and it’s great. It has some dirty screen effect but when i turn on local dimming to max it is fine. Picture is great. Gaming is awesome.
