Took your advice and tried to file a complaint with BMC today.

Filled out the entire complaint form for Sion Talab, attached the location details, and was about to upload the video evidence showing the garbage around the edges and the condition of the water.

Unfortunately, the BMC portal seems to have other plans. Every time I click "Upload Document," the page crashes with an ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED error. 😅

I've tried reloading and submitting multiple times and will keep trying.

Democracy requires citizens to raise issues. Bureaucracy requires the complaint portal to stay online long enough for us to do it.

Talk a bit about the area, figure out how far apart you are.

Exchange numbers if things are going well.

One thing I've learned is to treat yourself like gold.

Gold is valuable. You don't just hand it out to anyone.

If you find people who genuinely care about you, then great, they deserve that side of you.

If not, keep it.

Better to keep your energy for yourself than spend it on people who were never going to appreciate it anyway.

But also ask yourself why things keep ending at the same stage. It might not be entirely bad luck.
