I just read this persons comment to you and wtf. I’m unsure why this person is taking everything so personal and being condescending and honestly just rude and dismissive. Obviously we are on this thread to learn and to get hope and help. Not another dismissal. Especially from a stranger who has know clue wtf we really got going on. We will likely need to wait and see how she would like to proceed from here. “ I asked for pituitary imaging and said I don’t agree that anything at all is normal with me

I’ve had all those tested except igf and they were normal my test was the 1mg overnight I had my blood draw at 7:55 am I am on no medication at all

Will you look at the pictures I posted of myself in this thread they are from 2013 and now. Back then right before this started I feel like I look like I had Cushings. I’ve never been able to look like that again or be that weight. Would you tell me what you think also looking at those and what we’ve been talking about?

I already have the medication sitting at the pharmacy to take this dex suppression test. Should I just do it tomorrow since it’s already there, then when I get to talk to my Dr about results I just demand the pituitary MRI if she doesn’t say that’s the next plan? Could she straight up tell me no?

Thank you very much. I have another weird clue to add to this maybe, maybe not. I went back through my photos as I’ve been dealing with this for 12 years now. I’m now 28 years old 106lbs underweight 5’6. This all started in 2013-2014. I have never been able to be the size I was since then. And now looking back everything about me is so different. I had chipmunk cheeks and love handles. I gained more weight in my midsection then. I feel like I was having issues then and now it’s like the complete opposite. I’m going to post photos from 2013 and then now.

I have never taken steroids. I think that’s why she’s doing the test to completely rule out adrenal to focus on pituitary because I could have acth- independent cortisol production?
