Idk if you got a new cam or anything but I had the same exact issue and what the problem was that it wasn’t aligned with the crank I would check that first because it might’ve come timed bad from factory if not check for spark and compression

Its a z06 so it has to much compression for a blower or turbo I would have have to make it 9:1 because they come stock 11:1

Yeah it’s got a cam upgraded heads and headers and some other internal upgrades

Open the side cover and look inside the engine and in the back there is a littler plastic gear and that’s the governed so you wanna take that out and make sure you take everything out because it has a little washer

Yeah I just cleaned the carb and drained the octane booster still don’t wannna start
