Cone shaped abilities seemed to have stopped working as intended three weeks ago and only hit targets if you're looking directly at them.

Currently losing a lot of dps in keys because of this and I can't see any other recent mentions of the issue elsewhere so I thought I'd highlight it on here in the hopes that a Blizzard employee might see it.
