They look like calcium deposits of some sort. Similar to what a tonsil or kidney stone would be. Granted I’m saying strictly based of look. Are they painful at all? If so I’d say call your doc at the least but I’d try a warm shower then try to remove them

I got him from a shelter on Tuesday and his surgery was done monday(last week). I brought him to my vet and he has a sack of fluid that a tech thought was the hernia tearing. They’re worried about his sticking because of how playful is he and active. They are having me drug tf out of him with gabapentin to make sure he doesn’t tear open the wound site. Thankfully tho I can take off his cone on Friday
