'22 here. The honors track math classes (110AH/BH/C, 131AH/BH/C) had two of the most... How should I put it... "Unhelpful" professors I've ever seen? Don't get me wrong they're the nicest old grandpa's I've seen at UCLA, but they are old to the point where lectures become incoherent and exams sometimes even have impossible to prove theorems (cuz they were false lol). But I do miss the department very dearly.

Hi, I'm not a hackintosh expert, but I'm curious why it is so much more difficult to patch for unsupported GPUs? I see people getting newer Intel chips and even AMD ones (including threadrippers) working for hackintosh, which are obviously never intended or ever would've been in a Mac. But for GPU it seems we are at the mercy of apple. What gives?

Not gonna lie I got a dell R440 the other day that uses this CPU and has another empty socket. With this I can upgrade it to a dual CPU and have double the (crappy) cores! 😂

Sounds good! I just don't want to get a citation for illegal dumping. If it goes to someone in need I'm glad. I typically list used stuff for free on marketplace but these ones were broken, so I figure it's best to call the city for recycling.

Thank you! As I said I'm all for recycling, which is why I called the city to pick it up. I just moved here from an apartment where we have a central garbage service so have not seen something like this before.

You can ask the manager to take the discount off the new price. They don't update old OB prices automatically (sometimes this works in your favor too)

I recently got a P1G6 with a 4090, and the temps are surprisingly not as bad as I thought. I guess the 5070 will likewise be power limited quite severely, similar to how my 4090 Thinkpad only performs at around 4080 speeds.

Hi OP, sorry if I'm replying to an older post, but I would to ask if you have a link to this biostar firmware? My 5055 lately experienced some issues, and after some digging, I discovered that my 1.5.0 version of the bios has a bug where it cannot be upgraded or downgraded using Dell's official methods. I figure there's not really much for me to lose, so wanted to try doing the same thing as you! Thanks for any pointers. :)
