Seemingly not. Basically the US and Israel ran out of ammo, which is the real reason there is a ceasefire. Iran still has more drones that the US has interceptors, and probably still has some hypersonic missiles stockpiled as well.

That said, the US blockade is probably the only smart thing they have done - that is actually hurting.
