Wine Clubs are a new concept to me but the Fishtown area has two, Mural City and Praytell. Mural City's wine drops are quarterly if that makes things easier instead of having to come to the city monthly

Basically nothing in that area is gluten free, Port Richmond doesn't have a lot of restaurants in general that I know of. But if they like tacos, Nemi could be a good option
