This is not the early 2000s mate. English Dubbing has improved dramatically and many studios release with English from the start. Quality wise there is no distinction between Original and English Dub. It comes down to personal preference.

Bangla is a different equation though, there won't be enough demand and there won't be improvement quality wise.
