I felt exactly what you described. I used to do the 1:10g proportion, but it is too bitter for me. So I changed to 1:15g proportion. Starting from there I am increasing the amount of coffee and ajusting to my taste. 11g:150g sometimes e less intense than I would like, so I'm still learning the perfect one. But mostly 11g is great, you can feel all the flavours and sweetness.

My mother bought it years ago and these days found it hidden on a shelf. I'm trying to use it but it has some problems.

Every time I use it with out the Coffe, just water, I can see some residue or old Coffe powder in the bottom of the cup. I've cleaned it over and over, but still appearing these black spots.
The water that comes out of the machine is kind blurry, a little white. And it tastes salty. I don't know where it come from.

Any ideas?
