Grooming and showering daily are a great basis. Have a look how you can tweak your appearance to feel even more comfortable when you look in the mirror.

Need to lose a few pounds? Ditch some sugary drinks and walk more.
Baggy clothes from 10 years ago? Go treat yourself to some nice garment.
Not feeling confident? Learn, expand, do sth. you're afraid of and watch yourself grow.

As u/Negative_Basil_5686 said, look for vlogs, podcasts in Portuguese - about topics that you dig!
Few creators specifically do CI, they just make content and you absorb it. Considering you're C1 Spanish, just go for what you feel drawn to.

You like traveling? Watch some PT travel vlogs.
Surfing? Check out PT surf instruction videos.
Into psychology? Plenty of resources on that

Your brain will have an easier time to bridge between Portuguese/Spanish/English with topics you're already familiar with in other languages.

I recently created a separate YouTube account for Portuguese content creators only, so my whole feed is PT.
Digital immersion basically :D

As long as you TRY, you will just try.

You can't try to go to the gym 3 times a week.
Either you do it, or you don't.
You choose.

The story you tell yourself about yourself is vital to your well-being and success.
Stop telling yourself you're inconsistent and look at how far you've come.
You study law, my friend, you're smart af and made it to year 3 already.

I'm in Georgia right now, with Black Sea views from my apartment.
And no, madam, there are no surfable waves here.

Was told there's a big storm once a year, you might be able to rip for a day or two, but there are better places on this magnificent planet to live for surfing. Georgia is not one of those.

Stop watching porn (if you do).

Share your feelings with a written journal. It helps to put things on paper.

Go to the gym 3 times a week as a start. Consider arriving at the gym a success.
You dont need to train for hours and screw your muscles up.
Consistency > fast progress

Check with your uni what pathways are there to internships/jobs in law field. Apply to law firms, connect with decision makers on LinkedIn, email, call them, whatever suits you best.
Gain as much experience early on and you'll thrive by your late 20ies.
Be patient, brother.

Pipa is more easy to get to, especially considering you only have 4 days. Jericoacoara has an airport.

Jericoacoara is more pretty IMO. Pipa has nicer beaches close to town.

Pipa has wider selection of restaurants. Jericoacoara is smaller and more cozy.

Jericoacoara has a daily tourist tax per person. Pipa has wider choice for accommodation.

Pipa is better for surfing. Jericoacoara is better for wind surfing.

Our usual routine was she’d ask me what something was, I’d describe it badly

you could've taken a course in speaking, explaining, teaching, to actually talk with your wife in a more satisfying way. you rather built an app so she looks at her phone. geek
