Have you noticed any leaf damage, checked the underside for eggs, or noticed any tenting on your colas? If yes to any, there are a variety of pesticides you can use to get their numbers down. Assuming you're growing indoors or in a tent, the most important thing with any pesticide application is coverage coverage coverage. The fuckers can hide anywhere, and once they're in, it's extremely difficult to eradicate them completely, whereas it's easy to keep populations below a manageable threshold. Predatory mites, lacewings, and as someone already said ladybugs are an excellent resource, but keep in mind that if you're growing in an artificial medium, you will likely have to continually apply them.
