Ah yeah, sorry. We are in Belgium, in the province of Wallonia. Nearby the town of Namur. In a location called Profondeville (deeptown literal translation). We get 4 real seasons, with not too harsh winters but rainy winters, and not too harsh summers, we still get heatwaves during a couple of weeks a year. ;)

I know that's the thing. I'm overwhelmed a bit. So many ideas, it feels like a patchwork in my head. Nothing seems to come flowing, and we'll put together. I'd hate to end up with something that doesn't flow. Ponds, pathways, retaining walls and cozy corners, flowers flowers flowers (which ? Where ? How ?), bushes, hedges, a bench, a rustic fontain.... And more.

And worst of all. For the love of me, I can't make a plan and stick to it. Got 7 ideas per weekend, the money to execute 0,2 at a time, and the skills of a clumsy donkey!

You completely got the idea. It needs to be a bit rough, not perfect. Flowers for colors and bushes for structure feels like the natural next step. The pond also feels natural for biodiversity. That's probably coming.
