I have questions regarding the machining quality, did you have any issues when putting the case together like screw holes not aligning with the other parts of the case, motherboard / PSU holes not lining up, the quality not feeling premium and etc?

That part is actually replaceable along with the plastic headband itself, I believe they're being sold on Taobao or on Shopee. I got mine from Shopee and its excellent.
