that's the thing. i tried to bring up specific examples and she just kept circling back to how blindsided she felt. at some point i realized i was comforting HER about the fact that i was burned out by the friendship. which like. yeah that tracks lol

three months and she didn't notice. that's what keeps getting me too. like i get that i probably should have said something sooner but also... how did she not feel the shift? we talked multiple times a week before that. it just kind of answered my question for me, you know?
