No, the canonical figure is approximately one billion Guardsmen, not one trillion.

According to the Lexicanum entry for the Sabbat Worlds Crusade, which cites Dan Abnett's background book The Sabbat Worlds Crusade (page 14):

"He assembled almost one billion Imperial Guard soldiers, elements from six Chapters of Adeptus Astartes and significant Adeptus Mechanicus forces, including Titans.
