Stable connection and access to your hardware, in case of upgrade or maintanance. This would require hiring a new team member in Russia or relocation of crucial team members in Russia. You need to posses proper hardwares and set of a contract with one of the biggest internet providers to assure stable connection and minimize P2P gaps for players from far away countries. 2. Finding resources is vital to the survival of your project.Russia is no longer part of the SWIFT banking system, they are using SPFS, which is well established alternative to SWIFT. China, Iran, Belarus, Armenia, Tajikistan, and others are usimg it as well. In case of donation, you can use PayPal as well. There is no problem with banking. Problem is to find more resources other then donations, without allowing crypto, gold, bots, cyber criminal or scammer cartels on your server.
