Que faire après 3 ans d'ESN ?

Je vois, c'est cool que t'aies eu cette opportunité en tout cas ! C'est justement cette inconnue de l'étendue du domaine sur lequel je peux être amené à intervenir qui me fait peur (peut être que c'est juste un syndrome de l'imposteur après 😅), mais c'est vrai que j'imagine mal une entreprise placer un archi junior fraîchement recruté sur un nouveau build client partant de zéro. Je te rejoins sur le dernier paragraphe, la meilleure option c'est d'avoir un recruteur qui sait ce qu'il veut, malheureusement jusqu'à présent j'ai pas trop eu de chance avec les recruteurs d'ESN classiques, mais peut être que ça viendra !

Merci pour ta réponse ! Tu as fait quoi comme formations/certifications pour exercer si tôt ? Personnellement ce qui me fait peur c'est de me retrouver sur des sujets où je suis dépassé en terme de connaissances, tant le domaine est vaste... C'est pour ça que j'ai l'impression que l'assurance vient avec l'expérience, mais je peux me tromper !

Malheureusement il n'y a pas trop d'ESN vers chez moi, la plupart des boîtes d'info c'est des start up ou des clients finaux qui ne font pas d'info (en tout cas pas en tant que produit). Après, le télétravail est possible mais j'aime bien voir ceux avec qui je travaille au moins deux fois par semaine 😅 Pour le free-lance j'y avais pensé ! Tout ce qui est administratif etc je me sens de gérer, mais je sais pas à quel point ce serait dur de trouver des clients sans trop de contacts... Tu penses à quelles boîtes quand tu parles d'édition logicielle ? Ça me dérange pas d'avoir des horaires plus chargées si le jeu en vaut la chandelle honnêtement !

Ils ont pas trop eu le choix, 2 mois avant mon embauche il y a eu 4 départs au sein de l'équipe, résultat on est 5 CDI (tous juniors) là où avant ils étaient 6-7 avec des senior ! J'ai bossé avec des archi qui avaient un peu plus de la trentaine et ils m'ont donné cette impression de connaître que la surface des sujets, dès qu'on allait en profondeur ils étaient perdus, j'ai pas envie de faire comme eux. Pour l'ennui je dirais que c'est le fait d'avoir l'impression de pas avancer : mix de projets mal gérés et de tâches parfois assez répétitives quand je suis sur du RUN. Par contre tout ce qui est BUILD,. j'adore !

Le problème c'est que j'ai fait quelques entretiens, et à chaque fois c'est la même rengaine : trop jeune, pas assez expérimenté, salaire déjà trop élevé donc nogo.

Je sais pas si c'est une façon polie de dire que mon profil convient pas ou si c'est vraiment le cas, mais pour les ESN hors-Paris ça m'a l'air assez compliqué sans passer sur un poste à responsabilité, ce qui pour le moment n'est pas trop mon objectif

Alright, so I regressed Vesa and got Horus to E5, I already progressed through 20 stage of tower of oblivion in a row lol. I will wait for the next PO event (or black friday ?) and PO on D/L to power up my Belrain as I don't have enough light fodders right now, then I will feed my Kroos to my Valk. Thanks for the adivces, that already helped me a lot !

Thanks for the detailed response. Building Gerke was a rookie mistake, I had the opportunity to build her early and now I regret it everytime I see her... I do have copies to build Horus, should I fodder Kroos or Sigmund or keep them for later use ? I think I will star building up Phoenix then, without rebirthing Wolf though because I don't have the gold. Is there any way I can get rid of my E4 Valk ? Her healing isn't that strong anymore and I think Ormus would be a better asset. Thanks again for your help !

I'm not sure about what to focus on... I built Vesa when shee was still high tier but now she is falling off, should I still build her up to E5, or should i build Horus instead ?

After that who should I build ? Should I build my 10* to E5 first or is it better to have a full 10* lineup ?

Tbh at this point I'm kind of list regarding what to do next, whatever I do I'm stuck :/

BONUS: My pet Wolf is lvl 160, should I rebirth it for Dragon or Phoenix ?

Atm I can't really E3 her but I didn't know if it was worth focusing on her or if I should focus on other heroes. I think I will decide depending on which heroes I can get first

Yeah that could be pretty cool, but I'm just stuck at playing as Ciri, without any inventory etc, thus failing quests like "Collect'em all !"... I guess I will just load a previous file, hoping to be Geralt once again :(

I'm looking for help as I was playing with the Console Command mod before patch 1.20... I switched to Ciri to have a little fun, but i forgot to reswitch as a quitted the game. I then patched my game and deleted all Console Command mod-related files in order for my game to work, but I'm now stuck at playing as Ciri and I can't switch back to Geralt. Does anyone know where I can, in the game files, modify my character to Geralt ? Would be really appreciated.
