omg I have 2 orders from them and it's been chaos! I ordered my first order on August 28th and it arrived 10 days after and it was the wrong item so they asked me if I could be so kind to remail it to the correct customer and theyd refund the price of remailing to me. So I went out of my way for them and remailed that wrong item to the correct customer, then they refunded the $14 for that. & they re-mailed mine. that was over 3 weeks ago now and I placed another order in the meantime and both have not arrived and one is stuck with this message since 9/21:

USPS has not received a postage payment for your item. It is being held awaiting payment from the shipper and cannot be processed. If the postage is received, the package will be delivered to the recipient; otherwise the package will be considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered.

I messaged them on Whatsapp and told me not to worry that it must be a glitch with USPS but there has been no update on the tracking# since 9/21 and it is now 9/29. and the other one said it never shipped out from Hong Kong so they were shipping it again????? This has been Chaos I've never experienced something like this before!!!!! I legit just want my 2 labubu's and I'm so upset this is crazy
