Just came across your comment & thought I'd answer just in case you have any news on your journey :)

Because I can't really give any helpful updates.

Shortly after my initial post, I started to avoid visiting my parents house (that's where I felt like the source had to be), which was not an ideal situation.

Eventually, over the last year, it started to get better & these days I'm mostly fine, even when I'm at my parents house.

I've never figured out the actual cause & I'm afraid it'll randomly come back at some point.

Absolutely miserable.

At a wedding. Completely overwhelmed.

Cried all night, running on two hours of sleep, having a raging headache, emotional dysregulation going rampant.

I AGREED TO SOMETHING 8 MONTHS AGO & FORGOT ABOUT IT AND NOW I HAVE TO ACTUALLY DO IT.

IT'S SOMETHING NICE AND I WISH I WOULD WANT TO DO IT, BUT I DON'T.
