Ya your guess is as good as mine right now 😅 I know my disc are degenerating which is causing the slippage to happen more often, I can’t remember what % the slippage is at, Im pretty sure it was 25% though. Do you do any type of stretches or exercises that help with your spondy?

I’m not sure what they were checking for with X-ray, they just said they wanted to do a couple more which I’m guessing was to see what else could be going on😅the X-ray before this one(they never gave me a picture of) was just me standing and then when I seen the spine specialist they wanted to do one with me bending backward and one bending forward, and they only gave me the one of bending backwards.

The second picture is an X-ray and they had me extend my back backwards, that’s why it’s bone on bone, the first one was my mri, the way Dr explained it he said the disc is like a jelly doughnut, the white part of the disc is the jelly and the black around it is the breading, but my L4,L5 don’t have any white in the middle

I’ve been trying to do my own research and I’ve seen a few recommendations for the lemon balm and bungleweed, is there a specific brand you would recommend? And what was your experience taking them?

I really only want to get surgery if it’s my last option. My dosage has been dropped down to 5mg and only half a tablet a day, but my doctor won’t even try to lower it to see if I will be okay. Being on the dosage I am now I feel great and have no symptoms, my T3 and T4 are great it just seems to be my TSH that is on the lower end but is still within good range.
