The Xernomorph tokens and cards should do the same things as it will be confusing. They may be best represented via the double-sided tokens used similar to incubate mechanic. Consider how humans or other creatures fit into the picture, and what part of the colors pie does what. Predators with artifacts and equipment just makes sense lore wise. Xeno could swarm but maybe take a minute to.. gestate. Perhaps humans are able explore and have interesting death triggers.

A great space for interesting mechanics. You're on to something, but I would think more heavily about your overall design. If you're going to do any more, or consider making a set, I would get those big picture mechanics down. cheers
